I've always used provision,but recently upgraded to the H.265 NVR.before the reset process was easy when I forgot my password.which is regularly.you just contacted support and sent a pic. Now the Dynamic password they send back don't work, and the Error is "Dynamic password invalid"...Help?... Everytime I ask support for an Email address where I could atleast send an XML file, or SN or Mac Address.no avail.can you help, or send me to someone who can?
